I’m really excited to launch our first Food Experience of the Languedoc. This weekend break will give you an overview of this authentic food region of the South of France.

Itinerary
As most of our guest arrive either on a Friday morning and depart on Monday morning, or arrive on Friday afternoon and leave on Monday afternoon, we have designed our itinerary to make the most of the weekend.
Friday
For those that arrive on Friday morning:
Afternoon visit to a local goats cheese producer
Time to relax
Dinner at a local Michelin star restaurant
Saturday
Visit to a local morning food market
Light lunch at the market
Food demo and prep for evening meal
Time to relax
Evening meal in the vineyards
Sunday
Visit the famous salt flats and find out how the famous Fleur du Sel is made
Lunch – Why not try the salt baked fish or chicken
Visit the shop and museum where you can taste and purchase different salts
Time to relax
A light dinner in a local village restaurant
Monday
For those that leave on Monday afternoon:
Visit an olive farm for a olive oil tasting
