Gut Friendly Food Cookery Course

Do you want to kick start the New Year with a healthy eating plan that not only tastes good but doesn’t leave you feeling deprived? I’m sure many of you have heard of the benefits of gut friendly food. I’ll be running a gut friendly cooking course 1 day a week for 4 weeks to help you on your way.

Option 1: Cookery course – 1 day per week over a 4-week period – 40€ per lesson including all ingredients

The course will comprise of: A short introduction to an easy to follow food list of gut friendly food. You’ll find out more how to restore your body and gut to a healthy state to help optimise your weight loss, loss of energy, anxiety and depression.

Then we get on with the cooking: Each week we will do at least 1 main meal, a dip or paté for you to eat during the week, a sauce or condiment to spice up your food and if we have time something extra. You can then take everything we have made home with you.

Option 2: A meal plan and recipes for the week – 10€ per week

Option 3: 2 -3 take away main meals will be available to take away on Thursdays and Fridays from that weeks meal plan 10€ – 15€ for a main course for 2 people.

Please note: This is not a high protein diet. I will be providing you with information and recipes on how to cut out carbs and sugar that add no nutritional benefit to your diet and encouraging you to follow a healthy lifestyle. The diet can be tweaked for the individual depending on the amount of weight you need or want to lose.
