Low carb/Low sugar cookery course

Do you want to kick start the New Year with a healthy eating plan but don’t know where to start? I’m sure many of you have heard of the benefits of following a low card and low sugar lifestyle. I’ll be running a low carb/ low sugar-cooking course 1 day a week for 4 weeks to help you on your way.

Option 1: Cookery course – 1 day per week over a 4-week period – 40€ per lesson including all ingredients

The course will comprise of: A short introduction to an easy to follow food list when following a Low Carb, Low Sugar way of life, the principles of low carb/low sugar as a viable way of life and how to restore your body and gut to a healthy state to help optimise your weight loss.

Then we get on with the cooking: Each week we will do at least 1 main meal, a dip or paté for you to eat during the week, a sauce or condiment to spice up your food and if we have time something extra. You can then take everything we have made home with you.

Option 2: A meal plan and recipes for the week – 10€ per week

Option 3: 2 -3 take away main meals will be available to take away on Thursdays and Fridays from that weeks meal plan 10€ – 15€ for a main course for 2 people.

Friday mornings 9:30 – 12:30 from the 25th Jan

Please note: This is not a high protein diet. I will be providing you with information and recipes on how to cut out carbs and sugar that add no nutritional benefit to your diet and encouraging you to follow a healthy lifestyle. The diet can be tweaked for the individual depending on the amount of weight you need or want to lose.
